Rule One Pump is a stimulant-free pre-workout powder in Grape flavour. Each container provides 30 servings and is designed to be mixed easily into water or a sports drink and consumed before your session.

Each scoop delivers 3,000 mg of L-Citrulline, 1,000 mg of patented Nitrosigine® (Inositol-Arginine Silicate), 2,000 mg of Taurine, and additional ingredients including Pine Bark Extract, Whole Grape Extract, and L-Norvaline. The formula also includes the proprietary S7™ botanical blend and AstraGin® (a combination of Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng root extracts).

Rule One Pump contains no stimulants, making it a versatile choice for athletes who prefer to train any time of day or who manage their caffeine intake separately. The formula is free from dairy, soy, and gluten, and is produced in a GMP-certified facility to ensure consistent quality and purity.

Usage & Dosage

Mix one (1) scoop with 240–360 ml (8–12 oz) of cold water or your favourite sports drink and consume before exercise. Best taken approximately 15–20 minutes before exercise.
