Active Ingredient: S-Adenosyl Methionine (from 400 mg of SAMe Tosylate Disulfate) 200 mg. Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol, coating (hypromellose acetate succinate, stearic acid [vegetable source], triethyl citrate, riboflavin), glyceryl behenate, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide and sodium starch glycolate.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take 1 tablet 1–2 times a day on an empty stomach or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
