The Muscle Bomb by Reflex Nutrition is a comprehensive pre-workout powder formulated to support your training sessions. Available in the fun and fruity Twizzle Lolly flavour, each 400g tub delivers up to 20 full servings (at 20g) or 40 half servings (at 10g), giving you the flexibility to tailor your intake to your individual tolerance and goals.

Each full 20g serving provides a substantial 9,000mg of Citrulline Malate and 2,500mg of Beta-Alanine, alongside Betaine Anhydrous, L-Tyrosine, L-Taurine, and 350mg of Caffeine Anhydrous. The formula also includes Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, and Folic Acid. Magnesium, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Designed for adults who take their training seriously, The Muscle Bomb mixes easily into cold water and is sweetened with a blend of Acesulfame K, Sucralose, and Steviol Glycosides from Stevia, keeping the carbohydrate content low at just 3.4g per full serving.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 10g (1 level scoop) in 200ml or 20g (2 level scoops) in 400ml of cold water. Do not take more than 20g as a serving per day. Assess your tolerance before use; start with 10g (175mg caffeine) and increase only if comfortable.
