Assess tolerance first: Mix 1/2 scoop with 4–6 oz (approximately 120–180 ml) of water prior to training. Once tolerance has been assessed, mix 1 full scoop with 4–6 oz of water 30 minutes prior to training. Do not exceed 1 scoop in any 24-hour period.
