NOW Foods Tri-Chromium delivers 500 mcg of elemental chromium per serving through a sophisticated triple-source complex, combining Chromium Picolinate, Chromium Nicotinate Glycinate (Albion™), and Chromium Polynicotinate (ChromeMate®).

Each vegetarian capsule also provides 250 mg of Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum verum and/or Cinnamomum aromaticum and/or Cinnamomum burmannii), a botanically recognised ingredient that complements the chromium complex. The formula is free from common allergens and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians, reflecting NOW Foods' commitment to clean, inclusive supplementation.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
