Each gummy provides magnesium in the highly bioavailable magnesium citrate form, contributing 24% of the Nutrient Reference Value per daily serving.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The formula is coloured naturally with spirulina and anthocyanins and uses pectin as the gelling agent, keeping it free from animal-derived gelatin.
