The formula is built around a tri-source carbohydrate blend of maltodextrin, waxy maize starch and sweet potato, paired with a 3-source whey protein blend (concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate) to supply a broad amino acid profile — including naturally occurring BCAAs and EAAs from the whey fraction. A lipid food blend of avocado, coconut MCT oil and pumpkin seeds rounds out the macronutrient profile with a quality fat source.

Add 480 ml (16 fl oz) of low-fat milk to a blender or large shaker cup. Add 4 scoops (one serving). Blend or shake for 20–30 seconds. You may also use 360–600 ml (12–20 fl oz) of water instead of milk. Consume up to 2 servings per day. If using for the first time, start with 1 serving daily to assess tolerance. Recommended: one serving post-workout and another between meals or before bedtime.
