Glucose, acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, potassium chloride, magnesium carbonate, sweetener: acesulfame K, Paullinia cupana guarana seed extract, aroma, vitamins (thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, amide nicotinic acid, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, D-biotin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, cyanocobalamin), dyes: quinoline yellow, sunset yellow. Quinoline yellow and sunset yellow may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Usage & Dosage
Dissolve 31.5 g (2 scoops) in 700 ml of water. Use before, during (every 15 minutes) and after physical exercise (approx. 200 ml). Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
