Applied Nutrition's Endurance Elite Performance Energy Gel is designed for athletes engaged in sustained activity. Each 60 ml Apple Burst sachet delivers 40 g of carbohydrates from a blend of Maltodextrin, Fructose and Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin. Each serving also contains 250 mg of sodium.

The gel features Senactiv® — a patented botanical blend of Panax notoginseng Root and Rosa canina Fruit. The smooth, liquid consistency means no water is required to consume each sachet, making it a practical and convenient choice for runners, cyclists, triathletes and other endurance athletes on the move.

Usage & Dosage

Recommended serving is 1–3 sachets per hour during your activity to reach 80–120 g of carbohydrate intake. Do not exceed more than 3 gels per hour. Do not exceed more than 6 gels per day. Gels do not need to be consumed with water to be effective. Ensure you keep hydrated.
