About NOW Foods – Red Mineral Algae – 180 vcaps

NOW Foods Red Mineral Algae delivers a plant-based source of calcium and magnesium through Aquamin TG, a unique marine mineral complex derived from the red seaweed Lithothamnion spp. harvested from pristine ocean waters. Each serving provides 1 g of calcium, as well as 80 mg of magnesium. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Complementing the mineral profile, each serving also supplies 25 µg of Vitamin D2 (as Ergocalciferol). Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Presented in convenient vegetable capsules and free from common allergens, this formula is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The 180-capsule pack provides 45 servings per container.
