Ostrovit HMB Supreme Pure is a powder containing Calcium beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate (HMB Ca), unflavoured. Each 3 g serving provides 2,552 mg of HMB.

The formula is built around a single active ingredient — Calcium beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate — with no unnecessary additives, fillers or flavourings. With 70 servings per 210 g container, this product offers excellent value and flexibility, mixing easily into water or juice for convenient daily use.

Add 3 g (1/2 scoop) to 100–150 ml of water or juice and stir well. On workout days, consume one serving per day 30 minutes after training.
