Usage & Dosage

For children 4–12 years old: start with 1/2 teaspoon, gradually increasing to 1 rounded teaspoon per day. Add to 2–3 ounces of water. Let fizz, stir, then add some more water. Sip and enjoy.

Serving size: 1/2 tsp (1.8 g) for children aged 4–8 years; 1 tsp (3.6 g) for children aged 9 years and older. Servings per container: 252 (at 1/2 tsp serving size).
