Rule One Active BCAA is an amino acid formula. Each 13.5 g serving delivers 5 g of BCAAs (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine). With 30 servings per container in a refreshing Fruit Punch flavour, it is a practical addition to any active lifestyle.
