NOW Foods CoQ10 with Selenium & Vitamin E combines three nutrients in a single convenient softgel. Each serving delivers 50 mg of Coenzyme Q10 alongside meaningful amounts of Vitamin E and Selenium in a lipid-based softgel.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal thyroid function. These are authorised health claims under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006. Coenzyme Q10 is a naturally occurring compound found in virtually every cell of the human body and is widely used as a food supplement.

Manufactured by NOW Foods in a GMP-certified facility, this formula uses d-alpha Tocopherol — the natural form of Vitamin E — and L-Selenomethionine, a highly bioavailable organic selenium source. The softgels are suspended in rice bran oil to support the absorption of these fat-soluble nutrients.
