Trained by JP EAA + Hydration is a comprehensive essential amino acid formula designed to support your training and recovery. Each 10g serving delivers all nine essential amino acids — including 3020mg of L-Leucine — alongside key electrolytes.

The formula includes Magnesium, which contributes to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and Potassium, which contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
