Each 20 g serving delivers 10,000 mg of hydrolysed beef collagen alongside L-Proline, glucosamine sulfate, and MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) — a combination designed to provide the building blocks your joints and cartilage rely on every day.

Dissolve 1 serving (20 g) in 200–300 ml of water or juice and consume immediately after preparation. For prevention: one serving per day. In case of joint pain or during rehabilitation after injury, up to 2 servings per day may be used. Do not exceed 2 servings per day.
