NOW Foods Full Spectrum Minerals, Iron-Free is a comprehensive multi-mineral formula delivering eleven essential minerals and Vitamin D3 in a single convenient serving. Formulated without iron, it is ideal for adults who obtain sufficient iron from their diet or who prefer to manage their iron intake separately. Each serving provides calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium, iodine, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum and potassium.

This formula features premium, highly bioavailable mineral forms, including Aquamin® seaweed-derived calcium and magnesium, and TRAACS® chelated zinc, copper and manganese bisglycinate. Selenium is supplied as L-Selenomethionine, one of the most well-absorbed organic selenium sources available. Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) is included; Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, and to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

Encapsulated in vegetarian hypromellose capsules and manufactured in a GMP-certified facility, this product is suitable for vegan and vegetarian lifestyles and is free from gluten and lactose. With 60 servings per container, each pack of 120 veg capsules provides a two-month supply when taken as directed.
