Dorian Yates HIT BCAA 10:1:1 is a high-intensity training formula delivering 12,000 mg of branched-chain amino acids per serving in an advanced 10:1:1 ratio, with a dominant 10,000 mg dose of L-Leucine.

Each 20 g scoop also provides 3,000 mg of L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), 2,000 mg of Beta-Alanine, and 1,000 mg of L-Tyrosine.

Available in a refreshing Mango flavour, each 400 g tub provides 20 servings. The powder mixes easily with cold water, making it convenient to use immediately after your workout.

Mix 1 serving (20 g) with 500–600 ml of cold water. Drink 1 serving immediately after workout.
