Allnutrition Isotonic Multifruit is a carbohydrate-electrolyte powder drink. Each serving delivers glucose alongside a balanced blend of key electrolytes — sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium. Potassium, calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function.
The formula is further enriched with a comprehensive B-vitamin complex, including Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic acid, Vitamin B6, Biotin, Folic acid and Vitamin B12, each contributing to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. With a refreshing multifruit flavour, it mixes easily in water and is convenient to take before, during and after training.

Ingredients
Glucose, sodium citrate, acidity regulator: citric acid, potassium citrate, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, potassium chloride, magnesium carbonate, sweetener: acesulfame K, hibiscus sabdariffa flower extract, flavouring, vitamins (thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, nicotinic acid amide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, D-biotin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, cyanocobalamin), colours: beetroot red, carmine. Carmine (cochineal red A) may have a detrimental effect on activity and attention span in children.
Usage & Dosage
Dissolve 31.5 g (2 scoops) in a bottle with 700 ml of water. Use before, during (every 15 minutes) and after physical exercise (approx. 200 ml). Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
