Dorian Yates #M6Teen Explosive Pre-Workout Shot is a ready-to-drink liquid pre-workout shot. Packaged in convenient 60 ml single-serve ampules, each shot contains the brand's proprietary Battle-Blend (Beta-Alanine, Taurine, Caffeine Anhydrous and Nicotinamide) alongside a targeted B-vitamin complex, in a refreshing Blueberry flavour.

Each serving provides 2.76 mg of Vitamin B6, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, as well as 32 µg of Vitamin B12, which likewise contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The compact shot format makes it easy to incorporate into your pre-training routine without the need for mixing or measuring.

Drink 1 ampule (60 ml) 30 minutes before beginning activity. Do not exceed one shot in a 24-hour period.
