Osavi MethylFolate & Methyl-B12 delivers three essential B vitamins in their most bioavailable, active forms — pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (the active form of B6), Quatrefolic® (the glucosamine salt of (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid), and methylcobalamin (the active form of B12). By choosing these premium, ready-to-use forms, the body can utilise each nutrient directly without requiring additional metabolic conversion steps.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal psychological function, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and to the regulation of hormonal activity.
