Ostrovit Omega 3 D3 + K2 is a comprehensive softgel formula combining high-quality fish oil with three essential fat-soluble vitamins — D3, K2, and E — in a single convenient daily capsule. Each softgel delivers 1000 mg of fish oil, providing 330 mg of EPA and 220 mg of DHA, alongside a meaningful dose of Vitamin D3 (2000 IU / 50 µg), Vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (50 µg), and Vitamin E (12 mg) to support a well-rounded daily nutritional intake.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones, the maintenance of normal muscle function, and the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Usage & Dosage
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Drink with plenty of water. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
