Each capsule also provides Iron sourced from Ionic Plant Based Minerals, contributing 14% of the Nutrient Reference Value, alongside 290 mg of Ionic Plant Based Minerals. The formula is encapsulated in vegetable cellulose, making it suitable for vegetarians, and is free from gluten and artificial colours or preservatives.

Usage & Dosage

Adults begin with 1 capsule per day with 8 oz of water or juice and gradually increase to 1 capsule 3 times per day. Best taken on an empty stomach. Not intended for children.
