NOW Foods Super Omega 3-6-9 delivers a comprehensive blend of essential and beneficial fatty acids in a single convenient softgel. Each serving of two softgels provides 1200 mg of combined oils — Borage Seed Oil, Natural Fish Oil Concentrate and Flax Seed Oil — supplying Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids in meaningful amounts.

The Omega-3 fraction includes EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) sourced from a natural fish oil concentrate tested for potentially harmful levels of contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins, mercury and other heavy metals. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, and EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal vision.
