The formula is rounded out with a micronutrient complex including Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, Zinc, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid, supporting the kind of nutritional foundation that active individuals need. Usage & Dosage

Mix 10g (1 level scoop) in 200ml or 20g (2 level scoops) in 400ml cold water. Do not take more than 20g per day. Important: Assess your tolerance before use. Start with 10g (175mg caffeine) and increase only if comfortable. Use in conjunction with food as part of a healthy and varied diet, not as a substitute for such.
