Triphala has been a cornerstone of traditional herbal practice for centuries, and this standardised extract ensures consistent potency with every serving.
Each serving also provides 120 mg of Calcium and 200 mg of Magnesium. Calcium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Together, these nutrients make this a well-rounded daily supplement.
