Vita-Min Multiple Sport by Olimp Sport Nutrition is a comprehensive two-capsule multivitamin and mineral formula specifically developed with active adults in mind. It combines the proprietary VITA-PLEX multi-vitamin complex with the CHELA-MIN chelated minerals complex, delivering a broad-spectrum nutritional foundation in a convenient, once-daily serving of two colour-coded capsules.

The VITA-PLEX complex features 12 essential vitamins — including Vitamin C supplied as microencapsulated PureWay-C® for enhanced stability — alongside botanicals such as citrus bioflavonoids, artichoke leaf extract, pumpkin seed extract, nettle leaf extract, and green tea leaf extract, plus alpha-lipoic acid and black pepper fruit extract (95% piperine) to round out the formula. Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while Vitamin D and Magnesium contribute to normal muscle function — claims authorised under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

The CHELA-MIN complex delivers ten essential minerals — including Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, Chromium, Iodine, Iron, Copper, Manganese, Potassium, and Calcium — in chelated form for optimal compatibility. Take 1 capsule of VITA-PLEX SPORT (clear) and 1 capsule of CHELA-MIN SPORT (blue) once daily after your main meal, with a large amount of water. Recommended for adults only.

Not suitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, women planning pregnancy, or children under 18 years old. Do not use other vitamin and mineral preparations at the same time as using this product. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the constituents of the preparation. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of (−)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) or more. Should not be consumed if consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Long-term intake of 18 mg of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
