Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is a high-intensity pre-workout formula developed under the philosophy of the legendary six-time Mr. Olympia himself. Presented in convenient single-serve sachets in a refreshing Pear-Kiwi flavour, each 19g serving delivers a precisely dosed blend of ingredients. With 20 sachets per pack, it is ideal for athletes who want consistent, measured servings on the go.

Each sachet combines Citrulline Malate (6000 mg), Beta-Alanine (5500 mg), and Arginine AKG (4000 mg) alongside L-Tyrosine, Caffeine Anhydrous, and a Green Tea Leaf Extract standardised to 95% polyphenols. The formula is further complemented by Guarana Seed Extract, Sweet Orange Peel Extract, Black Pepper Fruit Extract (standardised to 95% Piperine), and Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide).

Please note that this product has a high caffeine content (350 mg per serving). It is intended for use by healthy adults only and is not suitable for individuals under 18 years of age, those sensitive to caffeine, or women who are pregnant or nursing. Always read all warnings before use.

Mix 2 heaping scoops (19g) / 1 sachet with 250–350 ml of cold water. Drink 30 minutes before your workout. For first-time users, mix one scoop (9.5g) with 250 ml of water.

High caffeine content (1840 mg/100 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not for use by those under the age of 18. Consult a physician before use if you have heart disease, thyroid disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurrent headaches, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, prostate enlargement, or seizure disorder.
