Mix one sachet (19g) with 200–300ml of cold water. Consume approximately 30 minutes before your training session. Due to high stimulant content, start with half a sachet to assess tolerance. Do not consume more than one sachet within a 24-hour period.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not for use by those under the age of 18.
