Glutamine Xplode from Olimp Sport is a premium amino acid powder formulated around a high-dose L-Glutamine base, complemented by L-Leucine, L-Cysteine and the proprietary Vit-A-min Supercharge blend. The formula includes Vitamin C supplied via PureWay-C® — a microencapsulated form of L-ascorbic acid combined with citrus bioflavonoids — alongside Selenium, Niacin, Vitamins B6, B12 and Folic Acid, each present at 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Niacin contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Add 1 portion (10 g of powder – 20 measuring units = ½ scoop or 1 tablespoon) to 200 ml of water, once a day – before breakfast or after training or before sleep. Consume directly after preparation.
