About Olimp Sport – Glutamine Xplode, Lemon – 500g

Glutamine Xplode from Olimp Sport is a premium amino acid powder formulated around a high-dose L-Glutamine base, complemented by L-Leucine, L-Cysteine and the proprietary Vit-A-min Supercharge blend. Each 10 g serving delivers 5.5 g of L-Glutamine and 1.5 g of L-Leucine alongside a carefully selected micronutrient complex, making it a versatile addition to an active lifestyle. The refreshing Lemon flavour makes it easy to incorporate into your daily routine.

The formula includes Vitamin C supplied via PureWay-C® — a microencapsulated form of L-ascorbic acid combined with citrus bioflavonoids — alongside Selenium, Niacin, Vitamins B6, B12 and Folic Acid, each present at 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Niacin contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails and to the normal function of the immune system.

Usage & Dosage

Add 1 portion (10 g of powder – 20 measuring units = ½ scoop or 1 tablespoon) to 200 ml of water, once a day – before breakfast or after training or before sleep. Consume directly after preparation.
