Each serving delivers 26.3 g of glucose alongside a carefully balanced blend of key electrolytes — sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium — making it well suited for use before, during and after training sessions.
The formula is further enriched with a full spectrum of B vitamins, including Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Pantothenic acid, Vitamin B6, Biotin and Folic acid, all contributing to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Usage & Dosage
Dissolve 31.5 g (2 scoops) in a bottle with 700 ml of water. Use before, during (every 15 minutes) and after physical exercise (approx. 200 ml). Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
