Usage & Dosage

Take one daily serving (1 level scoop, 6.6g) mixed with 150–200 ml of water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not use if currently taking nitrates for chest pain or medications for erectile dysfunction (PDE-5 inhibitors). Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation attributed to beta-alanine. Due to high caffeine content (150mg per serving), do not use less than 6 hours before bedtime. Use only as directed.
