NOW Foods CoQ10 with Omega-3 combines 60 mg of Coenzyme Q10 with 250 mg of Natural Fish Oil Concentrate in a single convenient softgel. CoQ10 is a naturally occurring compound found in virtually every cell of the body. This formula pairs it with Omega-3 fatty acids — including EPA and DHA — to support a well-rounded daily nutrition regimen.

Each softgel also provides 200 mg of soy lecithin together with vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol plus mixed tocopherols). The addition of Vitamin E also helps protect the sensitive fish oil and CoQ10 from oxidation, supporting product stability and quality.
