Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 serving (14g / 1 slightly heaped scoop) with 200–250 ml of cold water and consume 15–20 minutes before exercise. Do not consume more than 1 scoop in any 24-hour period. Contains 350 mg of caffeine per serving.
