Each 12.8g serving contains 4000 mg of L-Citrulline, 2500 mg of Beta-Alanine, and 2000 mg of L-Taurine, along with N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine and Choline Bitartrate. Vitamin B3 (Niacin) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue — both at meaningful doses relative to Nutrient Reference Values.
