Nordic Naturals Algae Omega delivers 715 mg of plant-sourced omega-3 fatty acids per serving, including 390 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) and 195 mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid), derived entirely from microalgae ( Schizochytrium sp. ). This formula contains no fish or animal ingredients, making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. These are authorised health claims under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006, based on EFSA-assessed evidence. Each softgel is free from gluten, milk derivatives, and artificially derived colours or flavours, reflecting Nordic Naturals' commitment to clean, transparent formulation.
