Ashwagandha Extract 450 mg delivers a concentrated root extract of Withania somnifera , standardised to a minimum of 2.5% total withanolides (11 mg per capsule). Each vegetarian capsule provides a consistent dose of this standardised botanical extract. With 180 capsules per pack, this product is packaged for everyday, long-term use.

Ashwagandha ( Withania somnifera ) is a root extract standardised to a defined withanolide content. The standardisation used in this formula ensures a consistent level of withanolides in every capsule.

Encapsulated in a hypromellose (cellulose) shell and free from animal-derived ingredients, this formula is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. The use of rice flour and a vegetable-source stearic acid as excipients keeps the formulation clean and straightforward — no unnecessary fillers or artificial additives.
