Applied Nutrition BCAA Amino-Hydrate delivers a 2:1:1 ratio of Branched-Chain Amino Acids — L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine — providing 7.2g of BCAAs per serving. It also includes L-Glutamine and L-Citrulline Malate (2:1), making it a comprehensive amino acid powder for active individuals.

Each serving is enriched with Vitamin B6, which contributes to normal psychological function and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. An electrolyte blend featuring Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate and Calcium Phosphate rounds out the formula.

With just 45 kcal per serving and less than 0.1g of fat and sugar, BCAA Amino-Hydrate fits cleanly into a wide range of dietary approaches.
