Applied Nutrition BCAA Amino-Hydrate is a comprehensive amino acid and hydration formula delivered in a refreshing Watermelon flavour. Each 14g serving provides 7.2g of BCAAs in the classic 2:1:1 ratio (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine), alongside 3g of L-Glutamine and 1g of L-Citrulline Malate (2:1).

The formula is further enhanced with an Electrolyte Blend (1,535mg) featuring Potassium Citrate, Sodium Citrate, Calcium Phosphate and Sodium Chloride, designed to help replenish minerals lost through sweat during physical activity. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL) is also included; Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
