Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is an advanced pre-workout powder formulated for athletes preparing for intense training sessions. Named after the legendary high-intensity training philosophy of six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates, this formula is built around a precise stack of ingredients — including 6000 mg of L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), 5500 mg of Beta-Alanine, and a 4000 mg A-AKG complex.

Each serving delivers 350 mg of caffeine from multiple sources — caffeine anhydrous, green tea extract, and guarana seed extract. Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, as authorised under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006. Black pepper fruit extract standardised to 95% piperine is also included in the formula.

Mix 2 scoops of powder (19 g) with at least 250 ml water in a shaker bottle and consume 30 minutes before exercise. For first-time users, mix one scoop (9.5 g) with 250 ml water. Do not exceed 1 serving (2 scoops) per day.

High caffeine content (1840 mg/100 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not for use by those under the age of 18. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a physician before use if you have or have a family history of heart disease, thyroid disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurrent headaches, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty in urinating, prostate enlargement, or seizure disorder. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin. Food supplements do not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. The container has 1 sachet of silica gel for moisture absorption — do not consume.
