Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is a high-intensity pre-workout powder inspired by the legendary training philosophy of six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates. Mix 2 heaping scoops (19g) with 250–350 ml of cold water and drink approximately 20–30 minutes before your workout. For first-time users: assess tolerance by taking 1 heaped scoop (half serving) with 250 ml of cold water. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
