Do not exceed two (2) scoops per day. Mix one (1) scoop of BUM ESSENTIAL PRE with 8–12 oz of water or beverage of choice. Start with one (1) scoop to assess tolerance. Advanced users mix 2 servings (2 scoops) in 12–16 oz of water or beverage of choice. Consume prior to exercise on training days.

This product is only intended for healthy adults, 18 years of age or older. Do not use this product if you are pregnant, nursing, or are currently taking nitrates for chest pain or if you are taking medication used to treat erectile dysfunction such as PDE-5 inhibitors. Before using this product, consult a licensed, qualified, health care professional if you are taking antidepressants such as a MAOI or SSRI, blood thinners, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, pseudoephedrine, or any other dietary supplement, prescription drug or over-the-counter medication. Contains 200 mg of caffeine per serving; may not be suitable for those sensitive to caffeine. Avoid other caffeine sources while using; too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and rapid heartbeat. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation.
