Skill Pre-Workout by Skill Nutrition is a comprehensive pre-training powder formulated for adults with an active lifestyle who want to prepare their body and mind for serious exercise. Each 16 g serving delivers 6000 mg of Citrulline Malate, 3000 mg of Creatine Monohydrate and 2400 mg of Beta-Alanine, alongside a caffeine blend combining caffeine anhydrous (250 mg) with Xtenergy sustained-release caffeine (50 mg) for a total of 300 mg per serving.

The formula also contains L-Tyrosine, Taurine, Vitacholine (choline bitartrate) and L-Theanine (TheaGreen). B-vitamins — Niacin at 625% NRV, Vitamin B6 at 429% NRV and Vitamin B12 at 4000% NRV — are included in the formula. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function. AstraGin®, a proprietary extract blend of Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus, is included in the formula.

Available in a refreshing Green Apple flavour, this powder is sweetened with sucralose and steviol glycosides from Stevia and comes in a 400 g tub providing approximately 25 servings. It is suitable for vegan and vegetarian athletes.

Dissolve 3 scoops (16 g) of powder into 300 ml of water. Drink around 30 minutes before workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
