Applied Nutrition Pump 3G Pre-Workout is a comprehensive powder formula designed for your training sessions. Each 15g serving (2 scoops) contains a blend of ingredients including Citrulline Malate 2:1, Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate (AAKG), Creatine Monohydrate, Beta-Alanine, and Caffeine Anhydrous.

The formula also contains Taurine, L-Tyrosine, and BioPerine® (Black Pepper Extract), alongside Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin). Vitamin B3 and Vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Each tub provides 25 servings in a refreshing Fruit Burst flavour.
