Trained by JP EAA + Hydration is a comprehensive essential amino acid formula designed to support your training nutrition. Each 10g serving delivers all nine essential amino acids that the body cannot produce on its own and must obtain from diet or supplementation, making it a practical addition to your workout routine.

The formula is enriched with magnesium and potassium, two electrolyte minerals that contribute to normal muscle function and help maintain electrolyte balance, alongside sodium bicarbonate and citric acid for the signature fizzy effervescence. The Fizzy Cola Bottles flavour makes staying on top of your amino acid and hydration goals an enjoyable experience.
