The formula is built around a substantial citrulline complex combining 9g of L-Citrulline with 2g of Citrulline Nitrate (as NO3-T®) per full serving, yielding 11g of total citrulline. Servings per container: 40 (at 1 scoop) / 20 (at 2 scoops).

Mix 1–2 scoops with water (6–8 oz. per scoop) and consume 15–30 minutes prior to exercise. Vary amount of liquid to preferred taste. Use only as directed. Start with 1 scoop for the first week to assess tolerance. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24-hour period.
