Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout is a comprehensive powder formula designed to support your training preparation. Each serving delivers a carefully selected combination of amino acids, a creatine blend, caffeine, vitamins and botanical extracts, making it a versatile choice for athletes across a wide range of training intensities. Available in Blue Raspberry flavour, it is sugar-free when correctly diluted and comes in a 510 g tub providing up to 60 single-dose or 30 double-dose servings.

The formula features L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate and beta-alanine alongside a dual creatine mix of creatine monohydrate and creatine citrate. Creatine contributes to an increase in physical performance during successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. The formula also contains caffeine, a B-vitamin complex (vitamins B1, B3, B5 and B6), vitamin C, ginseng extract and Bioperine® black pepper extract (95% piperine).

The flexible dual-dosing system allows athletes under 75 kg or those who are more sensitive to active ingredients to start with the 8.5 g single dose, while heavier athletes or those engaged in high-proficiency training can use the full 17 g double dose. Simply mix the powder in water and consume 30 minutes before your session.

Up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive athletes: mix 8.5 g into 150 ml of water. Over 75 kg body weight or for high-proficiency training: mix 17 g into 300 ml of water. Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

A food supplement; does not replace a varied and balanced diet. Not intended for children, pregnant or nursing women. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Not recommended for persons with high blood pressure due to caffeine, arginine and other active substances. The initial tingling sensation of lips is caused by Bioperine® (95% piperine – black pepper extract); this effect disappears within 15 minutes. After several days of use the product may become compacted ('rock' consistency) – this is a natural process caused by hygroscopic ingredients (e.g. arginine, beta-alanine) and does not affect product quality.
