Ingredients
Fish oil, gelatin, humectant: glycerol; water, D-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), menaquinone MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto, colour: caramel.
Usage & Dosage
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily, preferably after a meal. Drink with plenty of water.
