Rule One Roar in Lemon Lime is a pre-workout powder formulated to support your training sessions. Each 9g scoop delivers a blend of amino acids, creatine, electrolytes and caffeine from natural sources, all in a refreshing lemon lime flavour that mixes easily into cold water.
The formula includes L-Citrulline (2g), CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine (1.2g) and Creatine Monohydrate (1g), alongside an Electrolyte Blend of Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Citrate and Magnesium Oxide. Vitamins C, B6 and B12 are also included, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
With 175mg of caffeine per serving — sourced from Green Coffee Bean Extract and Tea Leaf Extract — Roar is designed to be taken approximately 30–45 minutes before your workout. The container provides 30 servings, making it a convenient addition to your pre-exercise routine.

Usage & Dosage
Add one (1) scoop to 8–12 oz of cold water and stir or shake until well mixed. Best consumed about 30–45 minutes before exercise. DO NOT exceed two (2) servings in a 24-hour period. Total caffeine content: each serving contains approximately 175mg caffeine.
